You can access your Customer Portal through your Troll Co. Clothing account login via the Login link in the top right of your screen.
If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.
You can view your active and inactive subscriptions from this page. From here you can make changes to each subscription by clicking on the one you want to edit.
When you have selected the subscription you want to edit you will see the following page.
From here you can change your next order date, edit order frequency, Skip an order, change order quantity, Swap your order for another product, or cancel your subscription.
You can view your upcoming subscription orders. From here you can select an order to see more details.
In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.
In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you want to cancel and then click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page. On a pop up page you may select your reason for canceling.
Note: you can only cancel a subscription after completing 3 charges of the subscription.
